Utilize Your Favorite White T-Shirt to the Max with These 6 Styles

Are you and your favorite white T-shirt looking to stir things up? Well look no further, we’ve got six different styles that you can use to showcase your knowledge about all the ways a t-shirt can be worn.

Because, that’s what cool guys do.

Like a James Dean Wannabe

James Dean is known for being the ultimate male sex symbol. He’s the cool guy that cool guys want to be. What makes him so cool is the fact that his sexiness was completely effortless. He didn’t try to walk around like he was the hottest thing on Earth. He was just confident enough in himself to be that guy. He’s basically just wearing self-assurance, a pair of jeans, and a white t-shirt.

I’ve always been a fan of more simple looks in terms of fashion. I think oftentimes people can get caught up in patterns, ruffles, and other trends. Just be you, there’s no need to make everything look Avantgarde.

Fashion comes and goes, but classic looks stay the same. Don’t be scared to wear something iconic. This is a look that anyone can pull off due to how simple it is.

Still Like a James Dean Wannabe, but with Black Jeans This Time

Yet again, hit them with the plain white T and a pair of dark form fitting jeans. If you’re a buffer (huskier) dude, you don’t have to feel the pressure of squeezing into a tiny pair of size 0 skinny jeans. Straight leg or boot cut also works with this look.

Although this guy is only wearing a white t-shirt and a pair of black jeans, he still looks incredibly sexy. Sometimes less truly is more.

You can venture out and explore what kind of cuts of t-shirts you like, as well. Not everyone can crush a deep V. If you’re one of these guys, go for something more subtle, like the model is wearing. Cowl necks are a more European style, but they’re always like 19 years ahead of us in fashion anyway.

With a Cool Over Coat. Benedict Cumberbatch STYLE.

This is still an incredibly simple outfit, but it looks fashionable and modern. If you feel constricted by jeans, opt for a pair of ripped up ones. They are less irritating, in my own personal opinion. There’s a bit more freedom to be had in a pair of ripped skinny jeans.

You’re going to have to make sure your accessory items are on point in order to pull off a high-fashion casual look. Just from looking at the picture, this isn’t a cheap outfit. Invest in a sick pair of sunglasses, some nice shoes, and a tailored pea coat. These are items that you’ll be able to wear for years.

Although fashion can be expensive at times, I think high-quality pieces really retain their long-term value. A nice pea coat is never going to go out of style.

This is a very cultured look. I could easily see a man walking around in this is NYC or London. It’s perfect for those rainy, chilly days!

Sultry Beardman Style

The Sultry Beardman is basically the dude who every modern guy wants to be right now. He’s tall, he’s hunky, he’s surrounded by girls, he’s got tats that look cool, and his beard looks like angels crafted it from the hands of God.

Somehow he always looks like an Adonis, who just rolled out of bed 5 minutes ago. Not every dude can rock this look, because I honestly think you need to have two qualities in order to make it work.

  1. You need to be able to grow a beard. Not every guy can do this. Do not attempt this look if you cannot do this incredible feat. Just stay at home and trim your wiry mustache or something.
  2. You have to be edgy. Like, you’ve got to be the guy who rides motorcycles, drinks Old Fashioneds, hangs out at dive bars, and has tattoo sleeves. Otherwise, you’re going to look like you are trying WAYYYY too hard. Girls don’t like that.

If you feel like you fit into these two requirements, then you might want to try the Sultry Beardman look. It could be your signature style.

With a Blazer

Wanna dress up your outfit quickly? Just throw on a blazer over your fitted white T. I actually think this looks is extremely stylish and sexy.

Let me be clear though – don’t you dare do this with jeans. One of my worst pet peeves is when guys wear blazers with a pair of jeans. It’s the ultimate dad trying to escape out of his late 40s look. We’re not in the early 2000s anymore, so take that abomination away from my eyes, please.

On the other hand, this guy looks fresh. This is the guy I want to show up on a first date. Fitted pants, a nice white shoe to break up the color, a fitted blazer, and a casual white t-shirt. This dude is calm, cool, and collected.

Yes, please.

Partial Canadian Tuxedo

I’m all for Canadian tuxedos. I think it’s a hipstery look that most people can pull off, although we’ll spend another day talking about matching jean on jean colors. For now, we’re just dealing with a partial jean outfit.

We want to start out slowly for you.

The key to wearing denim is making sure that it fits you right. Sure, you can wear a baggy old sack of jeans on your body, but why? Why would you want to do that? Find a shirt that’s fits your body type and start looking like a cool guy again.

This is one of the easiest, stylish looks you could possibly go for. It’s a great spring look as well, since you might not want to carry a jacket around, but want to still keep warm with long sleeves. All you gotta do is slap on your new denim shirt over your plain white T and rock and roll out of the house.

You’re a cool guy, so it’s time to start dressing like one.
