WORKOUT DETAILS

 Round 1:

20 second rest between each exercise 

  • Low Jumping Jacks
  • Roman Twists
  • High Knees
  • Superman Pushups
  • Bicycles
  • Spiderman Planks
  • Alternating Toe Touches
  • Bird Dogs
  • Jumping Lunges
  • 1-leg Burpees
  • 1-leg Burpees (other leg)
  • X-mens

Round 2:

Rest 20 seconds between each exercise 

  • Low Jumping Jacks
